Registration of Business Names Act, 1962 (Act 151) as amended by Registration of Business Names (Amendment) Act, 2012 (Act 837)Section 9: (1) Every statement furnished under this Act shall be filed by the Registrar who shall deliver a certificate of the registration thereof to the person registering. (2) The certificate or a certified copy thereof shall be kept exhibited in a conspicuous position at the principal place of business of that person, and if not so kept exhibited, that person, and in the case of a company, every director thereof, shall be liable to a fine not exceeding twenty pounds. |
