Registration of Business Names Act, 1962 (Act 151) as amended by Registration of Business Names (Amendment) Act, 2012 (Act 837)

Section 6: (1) Whenever a change is made or occurs in any of the particulars registered under this Act in respect of any person, that person shall notify the change to the Registrar in writing signed as provided in section 3 of this Act. (2) The change shall be notified within twenty-eight days after it is made or occurs.

Procedures to Follow

1. Applicant may pick up a prescribed Form C from the in-house bank at GHS 3.50 / download
2.Submit filled forms at the Subsidiary Registration Counter for Verification and Capturing or via Online
3.Pay processing fee of GHS60.00 at the in-house bank or via Online 4. Registrar Examines, Approves and issues Subsidiary Name Registration Certificate
5.CERTIFIED TRUE COPY(CTC) of Form A
6. Renewal each year at GH 25 cedis....
