Value Added Tax Regulations, 2016 (L.I. 2243)Regulation 6 For the purposes of paragraph (c) of subsection (1) of section 11 of the Act, a Ministry, Department, Agency, statutory body, District Assembly or other entity of Government shall register for the tax when it carries on taxable activity including, (a) auction; (b) hiring of equipment; (c) renting of space; or (d) any activity commonly conducted for profit. |
