Regulation 18(1) A contractor, subcontractor, licensee or other allied entity shall, as part of theEmployment and Training Sub-Plan, submit to the Commission a succession plan for anyemployment position that is occupied by a non- Ghanaian to ensure that the minimumlocal content levels specified in the First Schedule are met.(2) The succession plan shall make provision for and require Ghanaians tounderstudy the requirements of the position held by a non-Ghanaian for a perioddetermined by the Commission on a case-by-case basis after which the position occupiedby the non-Ghanaian shall be assumed by the Ghanaian.
