Regulation 14:(1) Without limiting regulation 13, a contractor, subcontractor, licensee or other allied entityshall not later than the first day of each quarter submit to the Commission a list of(a) contract of purchase orders to be sole sourced; and(b) contracts or purchase orders estimated to exceed the cedi equivalent of one hundred thousandUnited States Dollars and intended to be tendered for or executed in the nextquarter.(2) A contractor, subcontractor, licensee or other allied entity shall provide theinformation specified in the Second Schedule in respect of each contract or purchase order.
