Petroleum Commission (Fees And Charges) Regulations, 2015Regulation 17: A contractor, subcontractor, licensee, the Corporation, or any other person engaged in petroleum activities shall, in addition to any fees and charges that may be payable by that contractor, subcontractor, licensee, Corporation or person to an agency or organisation, pay to the Commission in respect of the services listed in column 2 of the Fourth Schedule, the administrative charges specified in column 3 of that Schedule. |
