Petroleum Commission (Fees And Charges) Regulations, 2015Regulation 12: (1) Where(a) the Commission directs that third party access be granted over a facility that is owned by a contractor or the Corporation, or(b) a contractor or the Corporation agrees to grant to another party third party access, the Commission shall approve the agreement between the parties for the grant of the access.(2) The third party shall pay to the Commission the fee specified in Part 2 of the Third Schedule. |
