Petroleum Commission (Fees And Charges) Regulations, 2015Regulation 9: (1) A person issued with a permit under these Regulations other than a Bidding Permit may apply to the Commission for a renewal of the permit.(2) An application under subregulation (1) shall be made not less than one month before the expiration of the permit and upon payment of the fee specified in the appropriate Schedule. |
