Petroleum Commission (Fees And Charges) Regulations, 2015Regulation 5: A person shall not install or operate a facility for the transportation, treatment, or storage of petroleum unless the person has(a) obtained the necessary written approval from the Minister; and(b) paid to the Commission, in respect of paragraph (a), the fee specified in Part 8 of the Second Schedule. |
