Petroleum Commission Act, 2011 (Act 821)Section 20: (1) A person aggrieved by a decision of the Commission under this Act may lodge a complaint with the Minister within thirty days after receipt of the decision.(2) The Minister shall within thirty days after receipt of the complaint take a decision on it.(3) In the event that(a) the thirty days expire without a decision of the Minister, the person aggrieved may pursue the matter in Court; or?(b) a person is dissatisfied with the decision of the Minister, that person may apply to the Court for a review of the decision of the Minister. |
