Regulation 25:(1) As soon as may be after the expiration of three months from the date of the advertisement in the Daily Graphic or other periodical circulating in Ghana of any application to register a trade mark, the Registrar shall, subject to any opposition and the determination thereof, and subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) of the Act, and upon receipt of the prescribed fee, enter the trade mark in the register.(2) In those cases where the applicant has supplied a printing block under regulation 14, he shall send with his fee a representation of the trade mark agreeing in all respects with the representation then appearing on the form of application, to be affixed by the Registrar to the certificate of registration as required by regulation 28.(3) The entry of a trade mark in the register shall give the date of the registration, the goods in respect of which it is registered, and all particulars named in section I (1) of the Act, including both the trade or business address and the address for service, particulars of the trade, business, profession, occupation or other description of the proprietor, particulars of any undertakings by the proprietor entered on the form of application, particulars affecting the scope of the registration and the rights conferred by the registration, and such other particulars as are prescribed.(4) In the case of an application as aforesaid which the Registrar accepts only after the applicant has lodged the written consent to the proposed registration of the registered proprietor of another trade mark or another applicant for registration, the aforesaid entry in the register shall state that it is "By Consent" and shall give the number of the previous registration or the application for registration.
