Trademarks Regulations, 1970 (L.I. 667)Regulation 58:(1) The Registrar may give a certificate, other than a certificate under section 19 (2) of the Act, as to any entry, matter or thing which he is authorised or required by the Act or these Regulations to make or do, upon receipt of a request in writing from any person who, if the Registrar thinks fit so to require, can show an interest in the entry, matter or thing to his satisfaction.(2) Except in a case failing under regulation 60 the Registrar shall not be obliged to include in the certificate a copy of any mark, unless he is supplied by the applicant with a copy thereof suitable, for the purpose. |
