Trademarks Regulations, 1970 (L.I. 667)Regulation 4:(1) Where a trade mark contains a word or words in characters other than Roman, there shall be endorsed on the application and on each representation other than the representation affixed to the application, a translation of such word or words signed by the applicant or his agent.(2) Where a trade mark contains a word or words in a language other than English, the Registrar may ask for an exact translation and, if he so requires the translation shall be endorsed and signed as aforesaid. |
