Patent Regulations, 1996 (LI 1616)Regulation 34—Change in Ownership.(1) A request to record the change in ownership of an application for a patent or a patent pursuant to section 33 of the Law, shall be made on Form No. 21 in the Second Schedule.(2) In order to be accepted for record purposes, an agreement assigning the ownership of the patent application or the patent shall contain at least the number and date of the patent application or the patent, the title of the invention and the names, addresses, nationalities, and signatures of the assignor and the assignee.(3) If the Registrar is satisfied that the request should be allowed, he shall cause the patent or the application to be altered accordingly and this fact shall be recorded in the register, where the ownership has been registered. |
