Patent Regulations, 1996 (LI 1616)Regulation 14—Expressions not to be Used.The application shall not contain—(a) expressions or drawings contrary to public order or morality;(b) statements disparaging the products or processes of any particular person other than the applicant, or the merits or validity of applications or patents of that person (mere comparisons with the prior art shall not be considered disparaging per se); or(c) any statements or other matter obviously irrelevant or unnecessary under the circumstances. |
