Regulation 11—Registration of premises(1) A person who intends to use premises for a food, beverage or entertainment enterprise shall register the premises in accordance with this regulation.(2)  The Authority shall register the premises where the person provides(a)  proof of ownership or tenancy;(b)  a report from the  Environmental Health Division of the Metropolitan, Municipal or District Assembly, approving of the premises;(c)  a Police Clearance Certificate  in respect of the security  of the premises; and(d) a Fire Safety Certificate.
