Regulation 7—Grant of licence(1) The Authority  may grant or refuse an application  for a licence in accordance with section 27 of the Act.(2) A person whose application for a licence is refused may lodge an appeal with the Tourism Appeal Panel which shall, within thirty days after receipt of the appeal, take a decision on the matter.(3) A person  may pursue the matter  in court  in accordance with section 34 of the Act if that person is dissatisfied with the decision of the Tourism  Appeal  Panel  or where  the thirty  days has  expired  without  a decision being made by the Tourism Appeal  Panel.
