Regulation 5—Qualification for operating an entertainment enterpriseA person qualifies to be registered and licensed to operate an entertainment enterprise if(a) that person is registered by the Authority;(b) that  person  has  a manager  registered  and  licensed  by the Authority;(c) that person has literate  staff;(d) the staff of that enterprise have acquired professional training or experience in the tourism industry;(e)  the staff of the enterprise are provided with uniforms;(f)  the staff of the enterprise are supervised;  and(g) that person  has complied  with the minimum  requirements specified in the Third Schedule.
