Regulation 26—Competence of Managers.(1) No person shall be competent to be appointed or continue to act as Manager if he is— (a) an undischarged bankrupt, unless he shall have been granted leave to act as a Manager by the Court by which he was adjudged bankrupt;(b) convicted of a felony or any offence involving fraud, dishonesty or moral turpitude and has not been granted a free pardon;(c) guilty of serious misconduct in relation to his duties as a manager of an accommodation enterprise;(d) found by a competent Court to be a person of unsound mind; and(e) in the case of a person possessed of professional qualifications, not disqualified or suspended otherwise than at his own request from practising his profession in Ghana or any other country by order of any competent authority made in respect of him personally.
