The policy document should be in simple and easily readable and understandable English so as to allow consumers to better understand and appreciate their rights and obligations under the contract. The font size of the text of the policy document must not be less than twelve (12). Again, the policy document’s overall appearance must not unduly emphasize any portion of the policy.  There are specific provisions which must be included in the policy document, some provisions which “may” be optionally included in the policy document and provisions which are prohibited from inclusion in all policies.
