Regulation 1— Application for Grant of a Newspaper Licence. Every application for the grant of a newspaper licence under section 1 of the Law shall— (a) be made in writing to the Secretary for Information, not less than 14 days before the date of the first publication of the newspaper; (b) be made in Form A specified in the Schedule to these Regulations; (c) contain full and accurate particulars of the matters referred to in that Form; and (d) be accompanied by a fee of ¢25,000.00.
