Regulation 6—Operation of a segment of a pipeline(1) A person shall not operate a pipeline or segment of a pipeline unless it is done in accordance with these Regulations.(2) A person shall not operate a segment of a pipeline which is replaced, relocated or otherwise changed unless that replacement, relocation or change has been made in accordance with these Regulations.(3) An operator shall maintain, modify as appropriate and follow any plan, procedure or programme required for the safety of the pipeline in accordance with these Regulations.
