Natural Gas Transmission Utility (Standards of Performance) Regulations, 2008 (L.I. 1936)Regulation 4: Capacity 4. (1) A shipper is entitled to reserve capacity in the transmission system in accordance with these Regulations. (2) The obligation of the Utility to make capacity available to a shipper under these Regulations, the framework agreement and any ancillary agreement shall depend on the availability of the capacity having regard to, among other things, the Utility's estimate of anticipated discharge of natural gas from the transmission system and anticipated deliveries of natural gas to the transmission system. (3) The Utility may determine the capacity to be held by a shipper bulk customer or distribution company, on the transmission system with the approval of the Commission. |
