Minerals And Mining (Health, Safety And Technical Regulations, 2012) (L.I. 2182)Regulation 182Where for any reason the ventilation required by regulation 179 ceases to be adequate, the manager of the mine shall ensure that(a) necessary steps are taken to ensure the safety and health of any person who may be endangered by that condition; and(b) adequate ventilation is restored as soon as practicable. |
