Minerals And Mining (Health, Safety And Technical Regulations, 2012) (L.I. 2182)Regulation 95A manager shall ensure that where there is a risk of injury to a person in the mine as a result of that person falling, and that risk cannot otherwise be eliminated, suitable fall arrest equipment is provided at the mine and that the equipment is (a) maintained, serviced, and,(b) where appropriate, manned by a competent person in accordance with good industry practice and the manufacturer's recommendations. |
