Regulation 159(1) A manager of a mine shall take reasonable measures to ensure that each vehicle in use in the mine has a reasonably unobstructed view in the direction of travel and the manager and that where these measures do not exist the driver is guided by suitable signals given only by persons authorized to give these signals.(2) A driver shall not move that driver's vehicle when that driver's view is obstructed until the driver receives a suitable signal as required accordance with sub-regulation (1).(3) A person authorised in accordance with sub-regulation (1) shall not give any signal until that authorised person is satisfied that it is safe for the vehicle to move.
