Regulation 56(1) A person who contravenes a decision or order made in pursuance of these Regulations is liable to pay a penalty to the Commission.(2) An inspector may in respect of a contravention under sub-regulation (1) impose a penalty of not more than ten thousand United States dollars to be paid to the Commission.(3) A person who contravenes any of the provisions of these Regulations for which a penalty is not provided is liable to pay to the Commission, in the case of a body corporate, partnership, co-operative, association or group a penalty of not more than ten thousand United States dollars and in the case of an individual, a penalty of not more than five thousand United States dollars.
