Regulation 252. (1) The  procedure to be followed  on the expiration  of a small scale mining licence is subject to appropriate modifications, the same as the procedure on  expiration of a prospecting  licence  under  regulation 171.(2)  On the expiration  of the term of a small scale mining licence, the Commission  shall give notice  to the holder  of the expiration,  as set out in Form Ninety of the First Schedule.
