Minerals and Mining (Licensing) Regulations 2012 (LI 2176)Regulation 217. (1) A holder of a small scale mining licence may, not later than ninety days before the expiration of the term of the licence, apply to the District Office of the Commission, as set out in Form Seventy of the First Schedule for an extension of the term of the licence in respect of all or part of the area subject to the licence.(2) The application shall include(a) a certified copy of the mining licence;(b) the cadastral co-ordinates delineating the area subject to the application for extension in the case of reduction or enlargement in the perimeter of the original polygon;(c) annual reports of the applicant for the last two years, including audited accounts and production statistics, where the applicant is a body corporate;(d) production statistics and particulars of sales, including details of buyers; and(e) evidence of payment of the applicable fees. |
