Minerals and Mining (Licensing) Regulations 2012 (LI 2176)Regulation 158.(1) The holder of a prospecting licence who wishes to surrender all or part of the land which is the subject matter of the licence shall apply to the Commission for a Certificate of Surrender as set out in Form Thirty-Nine of the First Schedule not later than sixty days before the date on which the holder wishes the surrender to take effect.(2) The application for surrender shall include(a) the cadastral coordinates or code in respect of the area to be surrendered;(b) reasons for the surrender;(c) a list of all the reports submitted to the Commission since the grant of the licence;(d) an up-to-date report on the activities conducted on the area to be surrendered since the submission of the last report; and(e) evidence of payment of the applicable fees. |
