Regulation 172—Use of explosives supplied by mineA person who works in a mine, shall(a) not use at that person's working place, explosives which are not supplied to that person from the magazine of the mine where that person is employed;(b) not take away any explosives from the mine without the written permission of the manager; or(c) not secrete explosives or be in possession of explosives in or about a mine or works except as provided for in these Regulations.
