Regulation 163—Storage of explosives undergroundA manager shall ensure that(a) explosives under the care of that manager are stored in underground magazines in places and under conditions approved by the Commission in writing;(b) only the quantity of explosives to be consumed within twenty four hours are stored in the magazine,(c) each underground magazine has a log book in accordance with regulation 131;(d) the maximum amount of explosives allowed in one chamber of the magazine does not exceed five thousand kilogrammes;(e) the magazine is clearly labelled with the word `EXPLOSIVES`, in red on white background.
