Ghana Shipping (Maritime Labour) Regulations, 2015 (L.I. 2226)Regulation 23For the purpose of these Regulations, a shipowner shall ensure that(a) subject to special arrangements that may be permitted by the Authority for a passenger ship, sleeping rooms and mess rooms are lit by natural light and provided with adequate artificial light; and(b) seafarer accommodation complies with the standards specified in the Act and any other Regulations made under the Act. |
