Ghana Shipping (Maritime Labour) Regulations, 2015 (L.I. 2226)Regulation 40A shipowner or master who contravenes a provision of these Regulations commits an offence, and where a penalty is not stated in the provision, is liable on summary conviction to a fine of not less than two hundred penalty units and not more than five hundred penalty units or a term of imprisonment of not less than one year and not more than two years. |
