section 19(1): Where the Board intends to revoke, suspend or refuse to issue or renew a licence under this Act, the Board shall give the applicant or licensee (a) thirty days prior notice of the revocation, suspension or the intention to refuse to issue or renew the licence,(b) reasons for the intention to revoke, suspend or refusal to issue or renew the licence, and (c) an opportunity to make an oral or written representation to the Board.(2) An applicant or licensee who receives a notice may make a representation to the Board within fifteen working days from the date of receipt of the notice.(3) The Board shall within three months after the representation take a decision on the representation and inform the applicant or licensee.(4) The Board shall as soon as practicable inform the Minister in writing of any decision it takes on a representation.
