Pharmacy and Drugs (Amendment) Regulations, 1961 (L.I. 156)16A. The supply of a Class A or B drug to the same person or on any one prescription shall not exceed twenty-five grammes.This provision shall not apply where a Class A or B drug is supplied upon a written order signed by a medical practitioner, dentist, veterinary surgeon or a registered pharmacist. |
Procedures to Follow 1. The importer shall submit a letter requesting
for an allocation of a controlled substance for the following year to the FDA. New
Importers shall formally request for an allocation of a controlled substance
after satisfying the general requirements.
