Occupational And Personal Pension Schemes (General) Regulations, 2011 (LI 1990)Regulation 41(1) An approved trustee of a registered scheme shall by written notice inform scheme members, a participating employer of a change in its business name, address, telephone number or facsimile number within thirty days and in any case not later than fourteen days after the occurrence of the change.(2) A change of a business name shall be with the approval of the Authority. (3) A person who fails to give the required notice under sub-regulation (2) is liable to pay a penalty of two hundred and fifty penalty units for each day that the default subsists and shall have its licence suspended after thirty days. (4) Where a member of an employer sponsored scheme or a master trust scheme is an employee of a participating employers, the trustee shall inform the member's employer of the change and the employer shall notify the member of the change within fourteen working days after the employer receives the notice. |
