Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly (Control of Mills) Bye-laws, 1995

1. No person shall operate a mill within the Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly's area of authority without first obtaining a) A development permit for the site from the Town Planning development of the K.M.A., andb) A building permit from the Engineers Department of KMA.2. No person shall operate a mill without a licence from the Department of the KMA
