Payment Systems and Services ACT 2019, (ACT 987)Section 14: Where a licence or authorisation is revoked under section 13, the Bank of Ghana shall(a) within five working days, followmg the date of revocation, publish a notice of revocation in the Gazette, a newspaper of national circulation and on the website of the Bank of Ghana; and(b) take any other steps necessary to inform the general public of the revocation. |
