Regulation 140(1) The Authority shall establish and maintain a register of scheme members of a registered scheme who have unclaimed benefits in the scheme. (2) The register (a) may be in a form, and contain the information, as the Authority may determine; (b) shall be kept at the offices of the Authority; (c) shall be made available for inspection to enable a person who may be entitled to benefits in a registered scheme to ascertain whether he has any unclaimed benefits in the scheme; and (d) may be made available on the website of the Authority.(3) A member of the public may inspect the register during ordinary business hours of the Authority.
