Regulation 9 (1) Where an establishment is liquidated, the employer in that establishment shall submit the following information in relation the [sic] the establishment to the Registrar-General: (a) the names of the workers, (b) the social security number of workers, (c) the salary of workers, and (d) deductions of contributions. (2) The employer shall give notice in writing to the Director-General of the submission of the information required in sub-regulation (1) within ten days after submitting the information. (3) For the purposes of this regulation an establishment is considered to be in liquidation where a resolution for the winding-up of the establishment has been passed or where a Court has made an order for the winding up of the establishment.
