Regulation 152(1) The Authority may (a) require the liquidator to report to the Authority on matters relating to the winding up of the scheme; and (b) give directions to the liquidator in respect of the winding up of the scheme. (2) The liquidator shall comply with a requirement or direction made or given by the Authority. (3) The Authority may remove from office a liquidator who fails, without reasonable excuse, to comply with a requirement or direction.(4) The participating employer shall pay the liquidator's fees and expenses incurred in winding up the scheme
