Regulation 51 (1) The Director-General shall specify the forms required under these Regulations and make the forms available to the public at the offices of the Trust or at any other locations or by any other means determined by the Director-General. (2) A form or document used in connection with the Scheme shall not be considered as invalid because of the inclusion of additional matter or of variation in the wording by the Director-General. (3) A form may be altered or amended by the Director-General to suit a particular case and is valid for purposes of the Act or these Regulations.
