Basic National Social Security Scheme Regulations, 2011 (L.I. 1989)Regulation 31 (1) Despite anything in these Regulations, the Director-General may pay a benefit to any person that the Director-General considers entitled to the benefit after making an enquiry that the Director-General considers necessary. (2) A claim from any other person shall not be made against the Trust in respect of a payment made under sub-regulation (1). |
