Section 10: (1) A non-bank financial institution shall not without the written approval of the Bank change its name as contained in its licence.(2) A non-bank financial institution shall not in furtherance of the business for which it is licensed under this Act, use or refer to itsel (a) by a name other than the name under which it is licensed;(b) by an abbreviation of that name unless the abbreviation has been approved by the Bank; or(c) by the word "bank" in its name, advertisement or correspondence.
