(1) The wholesale electricity market consists of (a) a spot market; and (b) bilateral contracts.(2) Electricity generated from the Akosombo and Kpong hydroelectric dams shall not be the subject for a bilateral contract. (3) Copies of the bilateral contracts shall be lodged by the respective market participants with the Utility, the Commission and the Public Utilities Regulatory Commission. |
