Regulation 93: Application for a Class I licence A person shall make an application for a Class I licence to the Authority on a form provided by the Authority that shall include the following: (a) in the case of a body corporate, a copy of its Certificate of Incorporation and company regulations as certified by the Registrar-General; (b) in the case of an individual, the person's personal details as required on the form provided by the Authority;(c) technical plans certified by a qualified engineer, of the communications systems to which the application relates and demonstrating the applicant's ability to provide the communications service; (d) forecasts of the investment plan for the first five years and the amount of the initial investment for the first year of operation; and (e) any other requirements that may be established by the Authority.
