Regulation 63 Public hearing for renewal of registration(1) Where an internet service provider applies for re-registration, the Authority may conduct an inquiry to determine whether or not the registration should be renewed within thirty days after receipt of the application.(2) The inquiry shall have as its terms of reference, the compliance or non-compliance by the service provider with the Act, these Regulations and guidelines issued by the authority.(3) For the purposes of sub-regulation (1), the Authority may asic public hearing and the provisions of regulations 106 and 107 shall apply.
