Electronic Communications Regulations, 2011 (L.I. 1991)Regulation 61: Registration required to provide value added services(1) Despite the provision that a licence is not required for the provision of value added service over the public communications system, a person who intends to provide value added service to the public shall before the commencement of the service apply for registration by submitting the following information to the Authority:(a) the identity of the service provider;(b) the type of value-added service to be provided;(c) the area of coverage of the service; and(d) the particulars of the equipment to be used.(2) The applicant shall pay the fee determined by the Authority for the registration required under sub-regulation (1). |
