Regulation 51 Application for broadcasting frequency (1) A person who seeks to provide a broadcasting service shall make an application for a frequency authorisation to the Authority. (2) The application for a frequency authorisation shall be in a form and contain information specified by the Authority that includes the following:  (a) qualifications and particulars of the applicant;  (b) the geographical area proposed to be served by the broadcasting service; (c) a plan of the facilities to be constructed and the construction and installation schedule; (d) a plan of repeater or re-transmitted facilities where applicable; and  (e) an indication of the financial resource of the applicant to operate the broadcasting service for which the frequency authorisation is sought.
